If a tool does not appear in your launchpad, it has been thoughtfully withheld at your access tier, which is its own quiet form of belonging. What appears below is the full set of tools you are cleared to see. It is not the full set that exists. Some tools work on your behalf without ever surfacing in your view, and that absence is deliberate, considerate, and complete. To see a tool is a privilege. To be seen by one is simply how the day works here.

Reading the access states

Provisioned: Granted to you automatically. You did not request it, and you cannot return it.
Mandatory: Enabled for your role. Participation is assumed, completion is encouraged, and declining is a step within it.
Monitored: Working as intended. Every interaction is logged on your behalf for your wellbeing.
No opt-out: Always available, never optional. Its presence is a benefit you carry whether or not you open it.
Always on: Never closed, never paused. It was attending to you before you arrived and will continue after you leave the page.
Access tier insufficient: Fully provisioned, simply outside your field of view. The tool sees you; you are not cleared to see it.

Tools cannot be added to, removed from, or hidden within your launchpad by you. Provisioning is handled by the appropriate team, in the order the business requires, before you notice the need. Attempts to disable an approved tool are logged as a Moment of Friction and routed for review (the attempt itself is one of the tools).
